  20. We sometimes have the same problem with our product. When we deliver it to 
  21. a new country and these people are entitled to receive the development package
  22. they can not find C7.0. When we asked Microsoft about this problem they told
  23. us to give a copy of our C7.0 disks to the folks abroad and they then write to 
  24. MS to get a license. Of course they have to find a way to get the documentation
  25. but there is enough cheap books around (the Microsoft C bible etc.).
